DIAGNÓSTICO DA SÍFILIS CONGÊNITA ATRAVÉS DA DETECÇÃO DO TREPONEMA PALLIDUM EM TESTES TREPONÊMICOS
A sífilis é uma doença sexualmente transmissível causada pela bactéria Treponema pallidum subespécie pallidum. A Sífilis Congênita se caracteriza como um sério problema de saúde pública, embora tenha fácil detecção e eficaz tratamento, ainda faz-se responsável por um grande número complicações perinatais. O objetivo deste estudo foi entender o aumento do índice da doença e como é diagnosticada a sífilis congênita através de testes treponêmicos. Através da pesquisa realizada sobre a Sífilis congênita, observamos que há um alto índice na quantidade de pessoas portadoras da doença e do valor de mortes neonatais. É de extrema importância que as gestantes realizem exames pré-natais e alguns testes durante a gravidez, pois pode passar sob algumas formas para a criança, como é no caso da via vertical. Para a obtenção do diagnóstico da patologia são recomendados alguns testes, tais como os testes não-treponêmicos e os treponêmicos, onde pode analisar se os indivíduos têm a doença e através destes exames podem procurar um tratamento adequado.

Abstract:
Syphilis is a sexually transmitted disease caused by the bacterium Treponema pallidum subspecies pallidum. Congenital syphilis is characterized as a serious public health problem, although it has easy detection and effective treatment, it still responsible for a large number of perinatal complications. The objective of this study was to understand the increase in the disease index and how Syphilis Congenital is diagnosed through treponemal tests. Through the research carried out on congenital syphilis, we observed that there is a high index in the number of people carrying the disease and the value of neonatal deaths. It is extremely important that pregnant women perform prenatal examinations and some tests during pregnancy, as it may pass under some forms for the child, as in the case of the vertical route. Some tests, such as non-treponemal and treponemics’ tests, are recommended to diagnose the pathology, in order to analyze if the individuals have the disease and through these tests can seek an adequate treatment
