DIAGNÓSTICO AMBIENTAL DA LAGOA DO COLOSSO, MUNICÍPIO DE FORTALEZA, CEARÁ
A qualidade da água tem uma relação intrínseca com a gestão da bacia hidrográfica, onde as formas de uso do solo serão os parâmetros para definir o grau de impacto na área da bacia hidrográfica. Diante dessas questões o objetivo geral deste estudo foi realizar um estudo acerca na Lagoa do Colosso e no decorrer do estudo procurou-se alcançar os seguintes objetivos específicos: conceituar recursos hídricos; verificar que instrumentos legais definem as normas da gestão ambiental no rio; e por fim conhecer os instrumentos legais que definem as normas da gestão ambiental.

Abstract:
Water quality has an intrinsic relationship with river basin management, where land use forms will be the parameters for defining the degree of impact in the catchment area. In view of these questions the general objective of this study was to carry out a study about Colosso Lagoon and during the study the following specific objectives were sought: conceptualizing water resources; verify that legal instruments define the norms of environmental management in the river; and finally to know the legal instruments that define the norms of environmental management.
