DIAGNOSIS AND INTERVENTION IN MENTAL HEALTH
A humanidade apresenta dificuldade em lidar com as diferenças e dissonâncias desde os seus primórdios, o que resulta em uma elaboração de padrão de comportamento para determinado meio, recusando manifestações adversas como, por exemplo, a loucura, que teve diferentes interpretações ao longo da história e com a crise do modelo prevaleceu o discurso da “saúde mental”. Dessa forma, o objetivo geral deste trabalho foi investigar e analisar o diagnóstico e intervenção em saúde mental. O trabalho foi realizado mediante ao Relato de Experiência, cujo método foi o Estudo de Caso, utilizando como instrumento o roteiro de anamnese. A análise de dados aconteceu sobre a ótica da "análise de conteúdo". Os resultados apontaram que o paciente tinha características do F20.6, transtorno de esquizofrenia na categoria simples. Sugerem-se possibilidades de atuação, como: o acompanhamento individual, o uso de antipsicóticos, a psicanálise, a constelação familiar, treinamento de habilidades sociais, o behaviorismo e o humanismo. Por fim, é importante um trabalho multidisciplinar como forma de identificar outras variáveis para o benefício e saúde mental do indivíduo.

Abstract:
Humanity has difficulty in dealing with differences and dissonances since its beginnings, which results in the development of a pattern of behaviour for a given environment, refusing adverse manifestations such as, for example, madness, which has had different interpretations throughout history and with the crisis of the model, the “mental health” discourse prevailed. Thus, the general objective of this work was to investigate and analyse the diagnosis and intervention in mental health. The work was carried out through the Experience Report, whose method was the Case Study, using the anamnesis script as an instrument. Data analysis took place from the perspective of "content analysis". The results showed that the patient had characteristics of F20.6, schizophrenia disorder in the simple category. Possible ways of acting are suggested, such as: individual monitoring, the use of antipsychotics, psychoanalysis, family constellation, social skills training, behaviourism and humanism. Finally, multidisciplinary work is important as a way of identifying other variables for the individual's mental health and benefit.
