DETECÇÃO MOLECULAR DE PAPILOMAVÍRUS HUMANO TÉCNICA PCR EM MULHERES PROFISSIONAIS DO SEXO DA ZONA CENTRO-SUL DE MANAUS-AM
Há uma relevância preocupação com a evolução no diagnóstico da infecção pelo Papilomavírus Humano (HPV), é um vírus que tem sido o principal responsável por Infecção Sexualmente Transmissível (IST). Este vírus apresenta correlação com os processos malignos e lesões precursoras em cérvice uterina. O artigo apresenta a importância do diagnóstico precoce do HPV pela técnica Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) ou Reação em Cadeia da Polimerase (RCP), no grupo escolhido foram Mulheres Profissionais do Sexo (MPS), pois estão expostas ao maior risco de ter contato com o vírus e por não obterem tanta informação sobre o câncer cervical. A pesquisa utilizou técnica de PCR convencional.

Abstract:
There is a relevant concern with the evolution in the diagnosis of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) infection, it is a vírus that has been the main responsible for Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI). This virus has a corretion with malignant processes and precursor lesions in the uterine cervix. The article presentes the importance of early HPV diagnosis using the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) or Polymerase Chain Reaction (CPR) technique, in the group chosen were Sex Workers Women (MPS), as they are exposed to the greatest risk of having contact with the virus and for not getting so much information about cervical cancer. The research used conventional PCR technique.
