DESVELANDO O COTIDIANO DE MÃES UNIVERSITÁRIAS
Na sociedade capitalista contemporânea, a mulher desempenha vários papéis sociais. Discute-se sobre as experiências de seis universitárias de Serviço Social que são mães e trabalhadoras. A pesquisa empírica e bibliográfica, com abordagem no materialismo histórico, utiliza técnicas de entrevistas semiestruturaras e análise de conteúdo. Agrupam-se os resultados em cinco categorias: caracterização das participantes; gênero e trabalho; divisão sexual das tarefas domésticas; maternidade e educação dos filhos; profissionalização. Os resultados mostram que as mulheres obtiveram êxito em suas atividades pessoais e profissionais, entretanto as desigualdades de papéis entre mulheres e homens ainda persistem, em pleno século XXI.

Abstract:
In contemporary capitalist society the woman plays several social roles. It discusses about the experiences of six Social Work universities who are mothers and laborers. The empirical and bibliographical research, with an approach in historical materialism, use techniques of interstructured interviews and content analysis. The results are grouped in five categories: characterization of participants; genre and work; Sexual division of household tasks; Maternity and education of children; and professionalization. The results show that women have succeeded in their personal and professional activities, however the inequalities of roles between women and men still persist in the 21st century.
