Desmistificando a Competição Infantil
A Competição Infantil é o meio que permite à criança dialogar com questões cotidianas, desenvolvendo aspectos afetivos, motores e sociais. Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo apontar a influência da competição infantil na vida e no desenvolvimento da criança, apresentando desdobramentos da atividade, e relacionando a influência dos pais no seu desempenho. Utilizou-se a abordagem metodológica de revisão narrativa da literatura, através de artigos encontrados nas bases de dados Google Acadêmico e Scielo. Mediante a análise dos mesmos, a competição infantil possui papel integrador na formação do indivíduo para além do esporte, atribuindo ao técnico a responsabilidade de desenvolver a criança desde a motricidade à afetividade, e aos pais a função de serem espelhos motivacionais dos filhos. Conclui-se que a Competição Infantil não deve ser vista de forma pejorativa, pois a visão que as crianças atribuem a ela é moldada pela forma como os técnicos e os pais reagem perante a competição.

Abstract:
The Children´s Competition is the means that allows the child to dialogue with everyday issues developing affective, motor and social aspects. This research aimed to point out the influence of children’s competition on the child’s life nad development, presenting unfulding of the activity and relating the influence of parents on their performance. The methodological approach of narrative review of the literature was used, thorough articles founded in the Google Acadêmico and Scielo databases. Through their analysis children’s competition plays an integrative role in the formation of the individual beyond the sport, attributing to the coach the responsability of developing the child from motricity to affectivity and to the parents the function of being motivational mirrors of the children. It is concluded that the Children’s Competition should not be seen in a pejorative way because the view that children atribute to it is shaped by the way coaches and parents react to competition.
