DESLOCAMENTO PREMATURO DE PLACENTA (DPP) ASSOCIADA À DOENÇA HIPERTENSIVA ESPECÍFICA DA GESTAÇÃO (DHEG)
Objetivo: descrever as características e a assistência de enfermagem ao descolamento prematuro de placenta associada à doença hipertensiva do estado gestacional. Materiais e Método: estudo do tipo bibliográfico, exploratório e descritivo, com análise integrativa da literatura disponível em bibliotecas convencionais e virtuais. Resultados: identificou-se que o DPP é a separação da placenta do corpo uterino, dentre vários fatores a DHEG é a síndrome que mais contribui para a ocorrência deste diagnóstico. Conclusão: a doença hipertensiva do estado gestacional é uma síndrome que causa diversas comorbidades como o descolamento prematuro da placenta, este estado clínico quando diagnósticado precocemente pode evitar o óbito materno e fetal.

Abstract:
Purpose: describe the characteristics and the right nursing care in cases of placental abruption associated with hypertensive disorders caused by the pregnancy development. Materials and methods: bibliographic study, exploratory and descriptive, with integrative analysis of the available literature on conventional and virtual libraries. Results: it was found that the DPP is the separation of the uterine body placenta and the HDP is one of the many factors but is the largest contributor to the occurrence of this syndrome diagnosis. Conclusion: hypertensive disease of pregnancy status is a syndrome that causes severe comorbidities such as placental abruption, which is a medical condition that when diagnosed early can prevent maternal and fetal death.
