“DESINVIBILIZANDO AS MULHERES EM CONTEXTO MIGRATÓRIO INTERNO”: INTERFACES ENTRE MIGRAÇÃO, TRABALHO E GÊNERO
Este trabalho tem por objetivo
contribuir para a visibilidade da componente
feminina em contexto migratório interno,
na perspectiva das relações de gênero e
do trabalho. Aborda-se o termo migração,
entendendo-o como um processo. Trata-se de
um estudo exploratório da inter-relação entre
as mudanças nos sistemas sociais de gênero
e a mobilidade feminina. As considerações
sobre as migrações internas de mulheres
terão por referência um estudo exploratório
com investimento bibliográfico e um estudo
feito pelo Sistema Nacional de Informações
de Gênero (SNIG) que integra o projeto de
estruturação de um amplo Programa de
Estatísticas de Gênero do Instituto Brasileiro
de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE) com base no
Censo Demográfico de 2010. Concatena-se a
este estudo uma pesquisa qualitativa realizada
com 6 mulheres de uma comunidade rural do
Distrito de Muquém no município de Mirabela-
MG, utilizando a observação participante e
entrevistas em profundidades. Considera-se
para a mobilidade feminina a emancipação das
mulheres nas suas comunidades de origens, a
predominância da “feminização da pobreza” e
a segmentação do mercado de trabalho. O que
há por trás das migrações femininas tem a ver
com o curso da vida, com o empoderamento,
ciclo de vida, estratégias, formação de redes
dessas mulheres.

Abstract:
This job aims to contribute to the
visibility of the female component in an internal
migratory context, from the perspective of
gender and labor relations. The term migration
is understood, understanding it as a process.
It is an exploratory study of the interrelation
between changes in gender social systems
and female mobility. The considerations on the internal migrations of women will have
as reference an exploratory study with bibliographical investment and a study done
by the National System of Information of Gender (SNIG) that integrates the project
of structuring of a broad Program of Gender Statistics of the Brazilian Institute of
Geography and Statistics (IBGE) based on the 2010 Demographic Census. A qualitative
study was carried out with 6 women from a rural community in the district of Muquém
in the municipality of Mirabela, MG, using participant observation and interviews at
depths. Women’s emancipation in their communities of origin, the predominance of the
“feminization of poverty” and the segmentation of the labor market are considered for
female mobility. What lies behind women’s migrations has to do with the course of life,
with empowerment, life cycle, strategies, networking of these women.
