DESIGN THINKING EM PROJETO DE INOVAÇÃO PARA A BIBLIOTECA UNIVERSITÁRIA DA UEL
A sociedade é efêmera, ou seja, está em constante mudança, principalmente quando consideramos as transformações que ocorrem de uma geração para outra. Uma nova geração começa a frequentar a Universidade, no entanto os espaços não estão alinhados com a necessidade deste usuário. As Bibliotecas universitárias são importantes na formação acadêmica da maioria dos estudantes do ensino superior, contribuindo com o seu crescimento pessoal, social e profissional, dando suporte para que este inicie a produção de conhecimento, este espaço, como muitos, também não está adequado as novas gerações. O presente artigo tem como objetivo demonstrar como o Design Thinking está sendo utilizado na definição de parâmetros para a aplicação na nova biblioteca Universitária da UEL introduzindo o conceito inovador de espaços de aprendizagem na biblioteca e assim gerando um projeto centrado no novo usuário da Biblioteca, a geração Z. Para isso será utilizada uma pesquisa exploratória qualitativa, utilizando o método de pesquisa- ação a qual envolve uma autorreflexão coletiva e contempla a participação efetiva no processo de todos os envolvidos, para gerenciar e compartilhar todos os conhecimentos envolvidos no processo será utilizado o modelo mental do Design Thinking. Pretende-se com isso desenvolver parâmetros para a criação de uma biblioteca inovadora e preparar está para o seu papel na formação dos indivíduos nos próximos anos.

Abstract:
Society is ephemeral, that is, it is constantly changing, especially when we consider the transformations that occur from one generation to another. A new generation is starting to attend the University; however, the spaces are not aligned with the needs of this user. University libraries are important in the academic training of most higher education students, contributing to their personal, social and professional growth, providing support for them to start producing knowledge, this space, like many, is also not suitable for new generations. This article aims to demonstrate how Design Thinking is being used to define parameters for application in the new UEL University library, introducing the innovative concept of learning spaces in the library and thus generating a project centred on the new Library user, the Generation Z. For this, a qualitative exploratory research will be used, using the action research method which involves a collective self-reflection and contemplates the effective participation in the process of everyone involved, to manage and share all the knowledge involved in the process will be used. mental model of Design Thinking. It is intended with this to develop parameters for the creation of an innovative library and prepare it for its role in the formation of individuals in the coming years.
