DESENVOLVIMENTO PEDAGÓGICO DE CRIANÇAS NEGRAS QUE AGUARDAM ADOÇÃO
RESUMO
A pesquisa vigente pretende contribuir para o estudo das relações sociorraciais e sua conexão com o processo de desenvolvimento educacional de crianças à espera de adoção, tendo em vista a carência de estudos que dissertam sobre tal relação. Para isso pesquisa-se sobre o processo de desenvolvimento pedagógico de crianças negras que aguardam adoção na Associação e Centro de Apoio e Orientação a Criança – Lar Vovó Miloca - situada na cidade de Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, a fim de esclarecer se a espera pela perfilhação de alguma forma pode influenciar no rendimento escolar dos menores negros. Realiza-se então, uma pesquisa qualitativa, para a qual foi necessária uma análise documental das fichas de acompanhamento e entrevistas abertas com a equipe psicossocial da Instituição. Diante disso, verifica-se que o preconceito racial aflora por meio das condições impostas pelos postulantes a pais adotivos, observa-se também a ausência de dados raciais dos menores nas fichas de acompanhamento dessas crianças, o que inviabiliza delinear o perfil das crianças da entidade, e por fim apura-se a impossibilidade de fazer uma avaliação do processo de aprendizado desses menores, tendo em vista, o pouco tempo em que ficam sobre a guarda do Instituto, em média três meses.

ABSTRACT
The current research intends to contribute to the study of socio-racial relations and their connection with the educational development process of children waiting for adoption, in view of the lack of studies that discuss this relationship, for that, research on the process of pedagogical development of black children awaiting adoption at the Association and Support and Child Orientation Center - Lar Vovó Miloca - located in the city of Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, in order to clarify whether the wait for profiling can in any way influence the school performance of black minors. Then, a qualitative research is carried out, for which it was necessary a documentary analysis of the accompanying forms and open interviews with the institution's psychosocial team. Given this, it appears that racial prejudice arises through the conditions imposed by postulants on adoptive parents, there is also the absence of racial data from minors in the accompanying files of these children, which makes it impossible to outline the profile of the children of the entity , and finally, the impossibility of making an assessment of the learning process of these minors is verified, in view of the short time they spend under the custody of the Institute, on average three months.
