DESENVOLVIMENTO DE METODOLOGIA DE DIAGNÓSTICO EM MICROPLANEJAMENTO URBANO APLICADO NO CENTRO DA CIDADE DE COLATINA-ES
O presente artigo se situa nos estudos do Microplanejamento Urbano (MPU), no âmbito do urbanismo. O seu objetivo principal é desenvolver um método de diagnóstico a partir da perspectiva do MPU, aplicado à região especifica do Centro da cidade de Colatina. No primeiro momento, para realizar o diagnóstico da área de análise, foi feita análise bibliográfica e síntese de elementos balizadores retirados do livro Cidades Para Pessoas (2015) do arquiteto e professor dinamarquês Jan Gehl. Foi desenvolvida a partir dessa análise uma metodologia de diagnóstico voltado à perspectiva qualitativa para encontrar aquilo que conceituamos como micropatologias urbanas. Por fim, a conclusão se dá na reflexão sobre o processo de pesquisa

Abstract:
This article is located in the studies of Urban Microplanning (MPU), within the scope of urbanism. Its main objective is to develop a diagnostic method from the perspective of the MPU, applied to the specific region of downtown Colatina. In the first moment, in order to carry out the diagnosis of the analysis area, a bibliographic analysis and synthesis of guiding elements taken from the book Cities for People (2015) by the danish architect and professor Jan Gehl was carried out. Based on this analysis, a diagnostic methodology focused on the qualitative perspective was developed to find what we conceptualize as urban micropathologies. Finally, the conclusion comes from reflecting on the research process.
