DESENVOLVIMENTO DE COMPETÊNCIAS SOCIOEMOCIONAIS - UM ESTUDO DE CASO.
A proposta deste relato de experiência é demonstrar o uso das metodologias ativas – sala ambiente – contribui para o efetivo aprendizado dos alunos do ensino médio e técnico. O método tradicional de ensino que segue a concepção de educação bancária explicitada por Freire. A educação bancária é aquela na qual o professor é o narrador e os alunos são os ouvintes. Nessa educação, cabe ao professor narrar o conteúdo, e ao aluno fixar, memorizar, repetir, sem perceber o que o conteúdo transmitido realmente significa (FREIRE, 1978). A educação bancária é, portanto, aquela em que o educador não se comunica com o aluno, ele “faz “comunicados” e depósitos que os educandos, pure incidências, recebem pacientemente, memorizam e repetem” (FREIRE, 1978, p. 66). O objetivo é trazer o aluno como protagonista ciente do seu potencial de argumentação e responsabilidade das suas ações no processo ensino aprendizagem. Uma das reflexões mais profundas em contato com os estudos, uma declaração ética, mais que poética, as conferências que Calvino preparou para a Universidade de Harvard representam o testamento artístico de um dos protagonistas do fim do milênio. Em meio à cada vez mais aguda crise contemporânea da linguagem, o grande escritor italiano identifica as seis qualidades que apenas a literatura pode salvar – leveza, rapidez, exatidão, visibilidade, multiplicidade, consistência - virtudes a nortear não apenas a atividade dos escritores, mas cada um dos gestos da nossa existência. “... há coisas que só a literatura com seus meios específicos nos pode dar”. CALVINO (1990).

Abstract:
The purpose of this experience report is to demonstrate how the use of active methodologies - ambient room - contributes to the effective learning of high school and technical students. The traditional teaching method that follows the concept of banking education explained by Freire. Banking education is that in which the teacher is the narrator and the students are the listeners. In this education, the teacher narrates the content, and the student fixes, memorizes, repeats, without realizing what the transmitted content really means (FREIRE, 1978). Banking education is, therefore, one in which the educator does not communicate with the student, he "makes "communicates" and deposits that the students, mere incidences, patiently receive, memorize, and repeat" (FREIRE, 1978, p. 66). The objective is to bring the student as a protagonist aware of his argumentation potential and responsibility for his actions in the teaching-learning process. One of the most profound reflections in contact with studies, an ethical statement, more than poetic, the lectures that Calvino prepared for Harvard University represent the artistic testament of one of the protagonists of the end of the millennium. In the midst of the increasingly acute contemporary crisis of language, the great Italian writer identifies the six qualities that only literature can save - lightness, speed, accuracy, visibility, multiplicity, consistency - virtues to guide not only the activity of writers, but each of the gestures of our existence.
