Abstract: The mineral extractive industry annually moves approximately 1.1 billion tons of ore, demanding a high level of excellence. In this scenario, the efficiency of production processes is directly linked to the capacity to meet market demand, making asset monitoring and control mechanisms determining factors for the economic viability of operations. This paper proposes the development and use of a dashboard integrated with the PIMS system to monitor 50 continuous production equipment units at a mining company in Barcarena-PA, supported by the PDCA methodology. The system utilizes Google Looker Studio to process data and transform large information streams into strategic indicators for decision-making. The methodology is based on qualitative and quantitative research, evaluating shop floor problems and processing statistical data to structure the shift-by-shift report via the dashboard. The process included the creation of indicators for shift monitoring. The results indicate that data visualization enables the identification of asset availability and the mapping of failures, ensuring greater predictability and sustainability for the production flow.
