DESENVOLVIMENTO DA EDUCAÇÃO EM SAÚDE PARA OS IDOSOS EM TEMPO DE PANDEMIA PELO COVID-19
O presente estudo visa identificar o desenvolvimento da educação em saúde na prevenção do contágio pelo SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) e sua forma de proteção a saúde da população idosa, parcela que é mais afetada pela doença. A busca por ações e meios capazes de proporcionar, principalmente, no ambiente de isolamento domiciliar, medidas de auxílio a indivíduos fragilizados, bem como muitas vezes leigos e negligenciados, compõe um importante fator na prestação do cuidado integral e holístico diante da situação pandêmica enfrentada. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa realizada na Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS), Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL) e Literatura Latino-americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), visando encontrar estudos com ênfase na promoção de atividades educativas como meio de alinhamento às respostas atualmente disponibilizadas no controle do novo coronavírus. Os resultados expressam a importância da educação em saúde no auxílio ao combate da situação social e sanitária contemporânea, proporcionando uma melhor qualidade de vida aos idosos e compreensão para a realização das transformações necessárias, a fim de reduzir o número de infectados e as complicações decorrentes do Covid-19 nesses sujeitos.

Abstract:
The present study aims to identify the development of health education in the prevention of contagion by SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) and its way of protecting the health of the elderly population, a portion that is most affected by the disease. The search for actions and means capable of providing, mainly, in the home isolation environment, measures to help fragile individuals, as well as often lay and neglected, is an important factor in the provision of comprehensive and holistic care in the face of the pandemic situation faced. This is an integrative review carried out at the Virtual Health Library (VHL), Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL) and Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), aiming to find studies with emphasis on promotion of educational activities as a means of aligning the responses currently available in the control of the new coronavirus. The results express the importance of health education in helping to combat the contemporary social and health situation, providing a better quality of life for the elderly and understanding to carry out the necessary transformations, in order to reduce the number of infected and the complications resulting from the Covid-19 in these subjects.
