DESENVOLVIMENTO COMUNITÁRIO: A DESARTICULAÇÃO E DESAGREGAÇÃO TERRITORIAL NOS FAXINAIS DO PARANÁ
RESUMO: Este artigo inquire compreender o desenvolvimento comunitário por meio do processo de mudanças na desarticulação e desagregação na espacialidade ocorrida nos faxinais do Estado do Paraná-Brasil. Os Faxinais são uma forma cultural própria dos camponeses se organizarem, tendo em vista o aproveitamento em comum dos recursos naturais, especialmente, as pastagens exploradas em forma de criadouros comuns. Essas comunidades vêm sofrendo um processo de desagregação nos últimos 40 anos, a ponto de alguns deles desaparecerem, modificando esse território: formando assim novas paisagens. O método utilizado é o exploratório-descritivo, tendo como procedimento de pesquisa a coleta de dados por meio de entrevistas com moradores dos faxinais, na busca de responder a questão sobre o contexto histórico de espacialidade nos faxinais, utilizando-se de fontes de relatos históricos orais e bases de fotografias atuais, com o objetivo de compreender mudanças na espacialidade territorial. Em conclusão, destaca-se a situação de desestruturação territorial provocada por um conjunto de antagonistas, como os fazendeiros, chacreiros, migrantes catarinenses e gaúchos, mineradoras, plantadores de pinus, eucaliptos e soja que vem ocupando os faxinais. Assim, advém a desagregação dos faxinal que deixam de funcionar com duas de suas principais características - as terras de plantar e as de criação em comum -, desencadeando desigualdades sociais expressivas harmonizadas por indivíduos ou grupos que vivem e detem a posse dos faxinais no Paraná.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: This article seeks to understand community development through the process of changes in the disarticulation and disaggregation in spatiality that occurred in the faxinals of the State of Paraná-Brazil. The faxinals are a cultural form proper to peasants to organize themselves, with a view to the common use of natural resources, especially pastures exploited in the form of common breeding sites. These communities have been undergoing a process of disintegration for the past 40 years, to the point that some of them disappear, changing this territory: thus forming new landscapes. The method used is exploratory-descriptive, with the research procedure of collecting data through interviews with residents of faxinals, in an attempt to answer the question about the historical context of spatiality in faxinals, using sources of historical reports oral and current photo bases, in order to understand changes in territorial spatiality. In conclusion, we highlight the situation of territorial disruption caused by a set of antagonists, such as farmers, farmers, migrants from Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul, mining companies, pine, eucalyptus and soy planters that have been occupying the faxinals. Thus, there is the breakdown of the faxinal that cease to function with two of its main characteristics - the land of planting and that of creation in common -, triggering expressive social inequalities harmonized by individuals or groups that live and hold the possession of the faxinals in Paraná.
