DESENVOLVIMENTO COGNITIVO DE CRIANÇAS COM SÍNDROME DE DOWN NA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL
De acordo com evidências atuais e teorias psicológicas, a estimulação precoce de crianças com Síndrome de Down é essencial para que elas tenham sucesso em seu desenvolvimento cognitivo. Com isso, este artigo investiga os benefícios de um trabalho coletivo da tríade Família/Escola/Profissionais para com esses meninos e meninas, e reflete sobre as contribuições da ludicidade no processo de aprendizagem.

According to current evidence and psychological theories, early stimulation of children with Down Syndrome is essential for them to be successful in their cognitive development. Thus, this article investigates the benefits of a collective work of the Family / School / Professionals triad towards these boys and girls, and reflects on the contributions of playfulness in the learning process.
