DESENVOLVENDO A TRABALHABILIDADE E O EMPREENDEDORISMO NA EDUCAÇÃO SUPERIOR POR MEIO DA UNIVERSIDADE EMPREENDEDORA
Na atualidade, as oportunidades de trabalho estão surgindo para aquelas pessoas que estão preparadas para lidar com situações inéditas e complexas. Isso implica em dizer que as pessoas precisam de possuir uma formação adequada para sobreviverem neste cenário altamente tecnológico. Com efeito, são as novas tecnologias que estão movimentando as economias dos países e trazendo resultados positivos para o bem-estar das populações. Essas tecnologias, por sua vez, são oriundas de ideias até então nunca vistas. As ideias vêm de indivíduos que identificam oportunidades e utilizam todo o seu conhecimento com a intenção de criar bens inovadores para satisfazer necessidades das pessoas. Eles são os empreendedores. Diante disso, o empreendedorismo vem se convertendo em um fator essencial para o desenvolvimento econômico e social de uma nação. É justamente por causa desse impacto que está surgindo a necessidade de transformar pessoas em empreendedores, usando da trabalhabilidade, isto é, do desenvolvimento de habilidades e competências que preparem os indivíduos para gerar renda de forma autônoma, sem a necessidade de estabelecimento de vínculos empregatícios. Como as universidades são as responsáveis pela formação profissional dos indivíduos, elas possuem um papel relevante em tal propósito, pois devem formar pessoas que sejam capazes enfrentar um mundo com volátil, com cada vez menos empregos, mas com muitas chances de trabalho. Assim, as universidades devem se tornar empreendedoras.

Abstract:
In the present context, opportunities are emerging for those people who are highly prepared to deal with unprecedented and complex situations. Thus, to remain active, people need to have adequate training to survive in this globalized and technological scenario. Indeed, it is new technologies that are moving the economies of countries and bringing positive results for the well-being of societies. They come from ideas that have never been seen before. The ideas come from individuals who identify opportunities and use all their knowledge with the intention of creating innovative goods to satisfy this demand. They are entrepreneurs. Therefore, entrepreneurship has become an essential factor for the economic and social development of a nation. It is precisely because of this impact that the need is emerging to transform people into entrepreneurs, using workability, that is, the development of skills and competences that prepare people to generate income on their own, without the need to establish employment bonds. As universities are responsible for the professional training of individuals, they have a relevant role for this purpose, and must train people who are capable of facing, with chances of success, a world with fewer jobs, but with many job opportunities. Thus, universities must become entrepreneurs. That said, the referred study will be conducted through bibliographic research, analyzing the subject under a new focus, aiming to reach new conclusions from the use of information from already existing sources.
