DESCRIÇÃO DA RAMIFICAÇÃO DA ARTÉRIA MESENTÉRICA CRANIAL EM CÃES UTILIZANDO PEÇAS SECAS E ANGIOARQUITETURA
O estudo da vascularização arterial das vísceras da cavidade abdominal é de vital importância para o aprendizado de anatomia.A artéria mesentérica cranial é o segundo ramo visceral da aorta abdominal, surgindo bem próximo e caudalmente à artéria celíaca, vascularizando, através de seus ramos colaterais, boa parte dos intestinos e lobo direito do pâncreas. O objetivo deste trabalho é descrever a ramificação da artéria mesentérica cranial em cães, através da preparação de vísceras secas e de angioarquitetura. Foram utilizadas 19 peças de intestino de cães, doadas pelo setor de patologia da Faculdade de Veterinária da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, que foram preparadas através da técnica de vísceras secas e de angioarquitetura.Foi possível a visualização de toda a ramificação da artéria mesentérica cranial no cão através da técnica empregada, e sua ramificação obedeceu aos padrões já descritos na literatura.

Abstract:
The study of arterial vascularization of the viscera of the abdominal cavity is of vital importance for anatomy learning. The cranial mesenteric artery is the second visceral branch of the abdominal aorta, emerging very close and caudally to the celiac artery, vascularizing, through its collateral branches, much of the intestines and right lobe of the pancreas. The aim of this paper is to describe the branching of the cranial mesenteric artery in dogs by preparing dry viscera and angioarchitecture. Nineteen pieces of dog intestine, donated by the pathology department of the Veterinary Faculty of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, were prepared using the technique of dry viscera and angioarchitecture. It was possible to visualizethe entire branch of the cranial mesenteric artery in the dog through the technique employed, and its branching obeyed the standards already described in the literature.
