DESAFIOS PARA O ENSINO PRIMÁRIO EM ANGOLA: UMA ANÁLISE EM TORNO DA REFORMA EDUCATIVA
Esta pesquisa é recorte da dissertação de mestrado com o tema: Desafios do Ensino primário em Angola através do depoimento de professores da rede pública e pretende identificar os aspectos positivos e negativos da realidade das escolas do ensino primário Angola. Foi utilizada entrevista semiestruturada como técnica de coleta de informações e realizada caracterização dos entrevistados, onde foram colocados os sujeitos de pesquisa e suas delimitações de forma criteriosa. Seguiu-se análise do conteúdo, com a elaboração das categorias das informações que foram coletadas. Após a análise das entrevistas, a pesquisa mostrou que o ensino primário em Angola ainda enfrenta grandes dificuldades mesmo tendo sido instalado a reforma educativa.
Os relatos dos professores mostram muitas dificuldades e desafios a serem superados desde a própria infraestrutura, materiais didáticos e até as políticas voltadas para a questão da formação de um quadro docente qualificado para atender a demanda dos alunos do ensino primário e o próprio currículo que norteia o ensino primário. Muitos professores ainda não assimilaram a questão da monodocência por falta de preparo.
Cabe ao Ministério da Educação, juntamente com o Governo reverem e fazerem novos diagnósticos de modo a combater tais debilidades que o ensino primário enfrenta e ouvir esses professores sobre a realidade vivenciada no dia a dia das suas atividades docentes, a fim de traçarem metas que possam permitir uma educação de qualidade para todo o ensino em Angola.

Abstract:
This research is part of the master's thesis with the theme: Challenges of Basic Education in Angola through the testimony of public school teachers and intends to identify the positive and negative aspects of the reality of basic education schools in Angola. The semi-structured interview was used as a technique for collecting information and a characterization of the interviewees was carried out, where the research subjects and their limits were carefully placed. Content analysis followed, with the elaboration of the collected information categories. After analyzing the interviews, the research showed that basic education in Angola still faces great difficulties even with the educational reform in place.
The teachers' reports show many difficulties and challenges to be overcome, from the infrastructure itself, teaching materials and even the policies focused on the issue of training a qualified faculty to meet the demand of elementary school students and the curriculum that guides elementary school. . Many teachers still haven't assimilated the monotechnician issue due to lack of preparation.
It is up to the Ministry of Education, together with the Public Power, to review and make new diagnoses in order to combat the weaknesses faced by elementary education and to listen to these teachers about the reality experienced in the daily life of their teaching activity, in order to set goals that can allow a quality education for all education in Angola.
