DESAFIOS NA PRÁTICA DOCENTE EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA: ESTUDO DE CASO NO ESTADO DE MATO GROSSO
Com o presente trabalho objetiva-se compreender os desafios enfrentados pelos docentes no Ensino Remoto Emergencial, em decorrência da pandemia pelo novo coronavírus. Através de pesquisas bibliográficas que trazem conceitos que dialogam com o momento presente busca-se contextualizar o inédito momento vivido pelos docentes no município de Cuiabá, Mato Grosso. Fazemos uso do método etnográfico e da teoria antropológica para analisar também a problemática de uma pesquisa nestes tempos de reclusão social. Através do envio de questionário semiestruturado, buscamos compreender a realidade dos 115 docentes entrevistados – não somente no que diz respeito às novas práticas pedagógicas adotadas no período de enfrentamento da pandemia, mas também sobre os aspectos pessoais e psicológicos dos professores.

Abstract:
This work aims to understand the challenges faced by teachers in Emergency Remote Education, due to the pandemic caused by the new coronavirus. Through bibliographic research that brings concepts that dialogue with the present moment, we seek to contextualize the unprecedented moment experienced by teachers in the city of Cuiabá, Mato Grosso. We use the ethnographic method and anthropological theory to also analyze the problem of research in these times of social confinement. Through the sending of a semi-structured questionnaire, we seek to understand the reality of the 115 teachers interviewed - not only with regard to the new pedagogical practices adopted in the period of facing the pandemic, but also on the personal and psychological aspects of the teachers.
