DESAFIOS E REALIDADE NA FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE PARA A EDUCAÇÃO DO CAMPO NO IFMA: A CONTRIBUIÇÃO DO PIBID DIVERSIDADE
A persistente desigualdade
econômica e social na história brasileira tem
relação direta com a educação oferecida ao
povo. Notadamente no campo encontram-se
as maiores distorções em comparação com
as cidades quanto à qualidade da educação
oferecida. Nesse sentido, a Educação do Campo
é uma importante política pública voltada para
o desenvolvimento. Entretanto, necessário
se faz que haja formação docente compatível
com as demandas educacionais da população
rural do país. O presente trabalho apresenta a
experiência do Instituto Federal de Ciência e
Tecnologia do Maranhão (IFMA), na formação
de professores para atuarem no campo, no
estado do Maranhão, e a contribuição do PIBID
Diversidade no processo de formação docente.
Busca-se se descrever de forma reflexiva
sobre o conceito de educação do campo frente
à realidade desse estado e a importância do
Programa de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência, na
formação de futuros professores para atuação
no campo.

Abstract:
The persistent economic and
social inequality in Brazilian history is directly
related to education at the same time. Notably,
the field finds itself as shock lines compared
to the prospects of quality education offered.
In this sense, Field Education is an important
policy measure for development. However,
teacher training is needed with the educational
demands of the country’s rural population. The
present work presents an experience of the
Federal Institute of Science and Technology of
Maranhão (IFMA), in the training of teachers for
the accomplishment of a work in the field, in the
state of Maranhão, and a contribution of PIBID
Diversity in the process of teacher training. It
seeks reflexively on the concept of education
in the field of the reality of the state and the
importance of the Scholarship Initiation Program
in Teaching, in the training of future teachers to
work in the field.
