DESAFIOS DOS GESTORES PÚBLICOS E SOFRIMENTO: uma revisão dos artigos de 5 edições do ENAPG.
Parece que os desafios e dificuldades enfrentados pelos gestores públicos no exercício da atividade gerencial está carregada de sentimentos que indicam sofrimento. Assim, o objetivo deste trabalho foi identificar os aspectos da atividade gerencial pública que podem desencadear sofrimento. Realizou-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica, onde foram analisados os 801 artigos das edições de 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014 e 2016 do ENAPG, dentre estes, 127 permitiram explicitar as dificuldades e sentimentos dos gestores no exercício da atividade gerencial. Os artigos foram analisados indutivamente, o que permitiu identificar condições ambientais e na organização do trabalho que tornam esta atividade propícia ao sofrimento do gestor.

Abstract:
It seems that the challenges and difficulties faced by public managers in the exercise of managerial activity are loaded with feelings that indicate suffering. Thus, the objective of this work was to identify the aspects of public management activity that can trigger suffering. A bibliographic research was carried out, in which the 801 articles from the 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2016 editions of ENAPG were analyzed, among which 127 allowed to explain the difficulties and feelings of managers in the exercise of managerial activity. The articles were analyzed inductively, which allowed the identification of environmental conditions and work organization that make this activity conducive to the manager's suffering.
