DESAFIOS DO LICENCIADO EM DANÇA: DA GRADUAÇÃO AO MERCADO DE TRABALHO
Este relato tem como objetivo
apresentar um olhar sobre o trajeto do curso de
Licenciatura em Dança ao mercado de trabalho.
A escolha do tema parte da necessidade de
avaliar a situação do licenciado após o término
do curso. Uma vez formado, o licenciado
não necessariamente tem garantido o seu
espaço no mercado de trabalho, visto que o
mercado não vê a licenciatura como um fator
determinante para a contratação do professor
de dança que atuará nas escolas. No entanto,
devemos compreender que é indispensável
pensar a dança e a sua educação dentro dos
paradigmas teórico-práticos que a graduação
proporciona.

Abstract:
This report aims to present a look
on the path of the course of Degree in Dance
to the job market. The choice of subject is
based on the need to evaluate the situation of
the licensee after the end of the course. Once
graduated, the licensee does not necessarily
have his space guaranteed in the labor market,
since the market does not see the degree as
a determining factor for the hiring of the dance
teacher who will work in the schools. However,
we must understand that it is indispensable
to think of dance and its education within the
theoretical-practical paradigms that graduation
provides.
