DESAFIOS DA FORMAÇÃO DO DOCENTE E OS SABERES DA DOCÊNCIA NA EJA
O presente trabalho apresenta uma proposta de estudo em andamento no Âmbito da formação docente e os saberes da docência na EJA com o intuito de refletir sobre os desafios da formação docente no que se refere à articulação dos saberes da docência na EJA. Dessa forma, a atuação do docente é de suma importância para envolver os estudantes com a promoção de aprendizagem a partir do criar e recriar, do fazer e refazer percursos, visando a valorização do grupo e suas características de cada sujeito. Diante disso emerge a seguinte questão de pesquisa: Quais são os desafios da formação docente e dos saberes da docência no que se refere a EJA?

Abstract:
The present work presents a proposal for an ongoing study in the scope of teacher education and the knowledge of teaching in the EJA in order to reflect on the challenges of teacher education with regard to the articulation of teaching knowledge in the EJA. Thus, the teacher's performance is of paramount importance to involve students with the promotion of learning from the creation and recreate, of making and redoing routes, aiming at valuing the group and its characteristics of each subject. In view of this, the following research question emerges: What are the challenges of teacher education and the knowledge of teaching with regard to the EJA?
