DEPRESSÃO E INSUFICIÊNCIA RENAL CRÔNICA AGUDIZADA RELACIONADAS COM MENINGIOMA DE TUBÉRCULO SELAR: RELATO DE CASO
O meningioma de tubérculo selar é uma das neoplasias intracranianas mais comuns, sendo responsável por cerca de 5-10% dos meningiomas intracranianos e é responsável por altos índices de amaurose. Paciente do sexo feminino, 78 anos de idade, procedente de Águas Lindas de Goiás-GO, é admitida em julho de 2018 no Hospital Regional de Ceilândia-DF. Ao exame físico, a paciente apresentou grunhidos à movimentação e com frases incompreensíveis. Apresentou-se em regular estado geral, Glasgow 9, pouco contactuante, eupneica e Frequência cardíaca de 67 bpm. Estava acompanhada de seu filho, que relatou que a paciente havia sido diagnosticada com meningioma em 2014, o qual tinha 2,1 cm e a paciente optou pela não operação devido ao risco. Abstract:
Tubercle sellar meningioma is one of the most common intracranial neoplasms, accounting for about 5-10% of intracranial meningiomas and is responsible for high rates of amaurosis. A 78-year-old female patient from Águas Lindas de Goiás-GO was admitted in July 2018 at the Regional Hospital of Ceilândia-DF. On physical examination, the patient presented grunts at furniture and misunderstandings. She was in regular general condition, Glasgow 9, low contact, eupneic and heart rate of 67 bpm. She was pending from her son that it was occurring that a patient had been diagnosed, 1 and which patient had 2.14, which patient had 2.1 and the patient chose not to operate at risk. Thus, she evolved with total bilateral amaurosis.
