DEMOCRATIZAÇÃO DO CONHECIMENTO SOBRE ALTAS HABILIDADES/SUPERDOTAÇÃO: DIÁLOGOS EMANCIPATÓRIOS EM PODCAST E VIDEO
Este artigo objetiva abordar a importância do conhecimento científico do tema das Altas habilidades/Superdotação como material de comunicação educativo e democrático, para fins de (in)formação de todos aqueles que se interessam pela questão. Consiste em expor uma experiência de produção de vídeo e podcast sobre Altas Habilidades/Superdotação para a web, fundamentados numa perspectiva de diálogos emancipatórios e consolidadores de cidadania. Teoricamente construiu-se sobre o estudo das obras de Habermas, especialmente a Teoria do Agir Comunicativo e sobre o conceito de igualdade e cidadania em Hannah Arendt. Metodologicamente a pesquisa é de natureza qualitativa e participativa, composta pelas seguintes fases: levantamento de dados na web sobre o conhecimento das pessoas a respeito do tema Ah/SD; levantamento de dados na web sobre o que existe em termos de áudio e vídeo com o tema AH/SD; elaboração de vídeo e podcast sobre AH/SD para a web. Concluiu-se que existem poucos materiais disponíveis sobre Altas Habilidades/Superdotação na web, seja no campo do rádio ou vídeo, e que a realização dessa produção do material, apesar de útil e contribuidora para preencher lacunas é apenas uma pedra inicial no discurso dessa questão, quando se trata do espaço das universidades.

Abstract:
This article aims to address the importance of scientific knowledge on the topic of High Ability or Giftedness as educational and democratic communication material, for the purposes *in training* all those interested in the issue. It consists of exposing a video and podcast production experience about High Ability or Giftedness for the web, based on a perspective of emancipatory dialogues and consolidators of citizenship. Theoretically it was built on the study of Habermas' works, especially the Theory of Communicative Acting and on the concept of equality and citizenship in Hannah Arendt. Methodologically, the research is of a qualitative and participatory nature, composed of the following phases: data collection on the web about people's knowledge about the Giftedness theme; survey of data on the web on what exists in terms of audio and video with the Giftedness theme; video and podcast Giftedness for the web. It was concluded that there are few materials available, whether in the field of radio or video, and that the realization of this production of the material, although useful and contributing to fill in gaps, is only a starting of the discourse of this question, when it comes to the space of universities.
