Abstract: Inclusive education today remains an important challenge and a necessity to ensure equity in the education system. The concept of inclusive education seeks to provide learning opportunities for all students, regardless of their characteristics, abilities or differences. This research aims to discuss pedagogical practices from the perspective of inclusion for cases of Visual Stress - Irlen Syndrome, in the school space, as well as highlighting the definition of visual impairment, described in Decree No. 5,296 of December 2 2004 that provides for basic criteria for promoting accessibility. Through a systematic bibliographic research, it was possible to conclude that in order to guarantee the inclusion of students with Irlen Syndrome in the school, it is fundamental that there is an awareness on the part of educators, colleagues and family members. Teachers need to be aware of Irlen syndrome and its characteristics, in order to adapt strategies and pedagogical resources that help these students in the learning process. Even if it is not just about providing support and adaptations, but cultivating a culture of respect for diversity and the potential of each individual. Classmates can be guided to understand Irlen Syndrome and to respect the specific needs of their colleagues in this condition, fostering collaboration and friendship among all. Finally, this work on Irlen Syndrome and pedagogical guidelines can contribute to the scientific gap that is currently observed.
