DEFICIÊNCIA FÍSICA - NANISMO: OS DESAFIOS AO ACESSO E PERMANÊNCIA NA ESCOLA.
Ao olharmos para a escola ainda notamos grandes barreiras em relação à deficiência física, particularmente ao nanismo. Mas, esse olhar também nos leva a admitir que grandes esforços, como expostos neste trabalho, têm sido realizados no sentido de diminuir a distância entre os fatores negativos à sua presença na escola, bem como mostrar que o pouco conhecimento que se tem sobre o tema e como tratá-lo de maneira adequada ao estudante com essas características. Desta forma, este estudo objetiva apresentar como o tema é compreendido e trabalhado na escola e mostrar ações positivas para que a participação e o desenvolvimento da aprendizagem do estudante ocorram igualmente e sem prejuízos quanto à acessibilidade ou outros recursos importantes à sua inclusão. Nesse sentido, destacamos como importante resultado, a sensibilização aos assuntos relacionados à deficiência física bem como a sua inclusão e nova visão relacionada ao contexto escolar, fator que possibilitou novas perspectivas de aprendizagem.

Abstract:
When looking at the school we still notice big barriers in relation to physical disability, particularly stunting. But, this look also leads us to admit that great efforts, as exposed in this work, have been made in order to reduce the distance between the negative factors to their presence at school, as well as to show that the little knowledge about the subject and how to treat it appropriately for the student with these characteristics. Thus, this study aims to present how the theme is understood and worked on at school and show positive actions so that the participation and development of student learning occur equally and without prejudice to accessibility or other resources important to its inclusion. In this sense, we highlight as an important result, the awareness of issues related to physical disability as well as its inclusion and new vision related to the school context, a factor that enabled new learning perspectives
