DECOMPOSIÇÃO DOS PRINCIPAIS IMPACTOS NO VALOR DA PRODUÇÃO LEITEIRA NAS DIFERENTES REGIÕES DO RIO GRANDE DO SUL/BRASIL
Sendo o setor agroindustrial um dos
norteadores da economia brasileira e gaúcha.
Essas interações entre os segmentos da cadeia
podem ser demonstradas pela elevação de
78% na produção nacional de lácteos. Salientase
que assim como a produção, o rebanho
leiteiro e a produtividade, sofreram alterações
positivas e significativas no período analisado,
tanto em nível federal quanto estadual. O
impacto que cada variável infere na quantidade
total produzida define se está ocorrendo
aproveitamento dos recursos ou apenas
aumento das matrizes. Diante deste cenário,
analisa-se, por meio do método Shift-Share
os seguintes efeitos: Efeito Rebanho; Efeito
Produtividade; Efeitos Preço e Efeito Valor
da Produção, para os principais Conselhos
Regionais de Desenvolvimento (COREDES)
do estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Os principais
resultados apontam que o efeito do preço do
leite foi fundamental para aumentar o valor da
produção leiteira nos períodos analisados e que
o efeito produtividade apresentou efeito brando
no valor da produção do leite. Da mesma forma,
o efeito rebanho foi constatado na análise
gerando impactos menos do que os demais
efeitos.

Abstract:
As the agribusiness-industrial
sector one of the guiding of the Brazilian and
state economy. These interactions between the
segments of the chain can be demonstrated by
the increase of 78% in the national production
of milk. Please note that as well as production,
the dairy herd and productivity undergo positive
and significant changes in the analyzed period,
both the federal and state level. The impact of
each variable infers the total amount produced
defines whether it is occurring use of resources
or just increase the matrices. In this scenario,
is analyzed through the Shift-Share method the
following effects: Effect Flock; Productivity effect;
Price Effects and Effect Value of Production,
for the main Regional Development Councils
(COREDES) of Rio Grande do Sul state. The

main results show that the effect of the milk price was critical to increasing the value
of milk production in the analyzed periods and that the productivity effect showed mild
effect on the value of milk production. Likewise, the flock effect was found on analysis
generating less impact than other effects.
