“DE MULHERES E POR MULHERES!”: APROXIMAÇÕES E CONVERGÊNCIAS ANALÍTICAS ENTRE TRABALHO DOMÉSTICO, MIGRAÇÃO E REDES SOCIAIS
As aproximações e as convergências entre migração e trabalho doméstico é uma das dinâmicas mais vinculadas nos fluxos migratórios contemporâneos, originando o que a literatura tem denominado de feminização da migração. Em um cenário global, interno ou internacional, mulheres se movimentam e escolhem o trabalho doméstico para a reprodução social da vida, ajustando dinâmicas globais macrossociais com suas próprias travessias individuais. Com foco na temática das redes sociais, o presente artigo tem o objetivo discorrer sobre as relações entre trabalho feminino, trabalho doméstico remunerado para compreensão das redes sociais no processo migratório. Situa-se brevemente como o trabalho feminino definidor dos papéis de gênero e do desenvolvimento do mercado de trabalho na compreensão da persistência dos serviços domésticos na economia do cuidado contemporânea de organizar, apoiar e reproduzir os projetos migratórios femininos. A metodologia compreende a análise e revisão bibliográfica. Com base nessas discussões, o texto aponta que o diagnóstico permanece inquirindo a lógica do trabalho doméstico remunerado conectado ao fenômeno migratório como convergente de uma “cultura doméstica” e de uma “cultura de migrar”, indissociáveis para muitas mulheres.

Abstract:
The approximations and convergences between migration and domestic work is one of the most linked dynamics in contemporary migration flows, giving rise to what the literature has called the feminization of migration. In a global, domestic or international scenario, women move and choose domestic work for the social reproduction of life, adjusting global macro-social dynamics with their own individual crossings. Focusing on the theme of social networks, this article aims to discuss the relationship between women's work and paid domestic work in order to understand social networks in the migration process. It briefly situates how women's work defines gender roles and the development of the labor market in understanding the persistence of domestic services in the contemporary care economy to organize, support and reproduce women's migratory projects. The methodology comprises analysis and literature review. Based on these discussions, the text points out that the diagnosis remains inquiring into the logic of paid domestic work connected to the migration phenomenon as converging a "domestic culture" and a "culture of migrating," inseparable for many women.
