DANÇAS BRASILEIRAS: POSSIBILIDADES PEDAGÓGICAS EM CONTEXTO ESCOLAR
Por meio do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID) Dança/UFV desenvolveu-se importante trabalho na Escola Estadual Madre Santa Face, nos anos de 2014 a 2016. Como a equipe escolar não possuía conhecimento do papel da dança na escola, viam-na apenas como formadora de coreografias padronizadas para festas e comemorações. Com a prática dos bolsistas em aulas, orientados pela coordenadora, passou-se a compreender que a dança contém significado maior, indo muito além de formar dançarinos. Na escola, a dança tem o objetivo de permitir bem-estar, conhecer a si mesmos, as limitações e as variações corporais que ocorrem por meio de jogos, brincadeiras, improvisações. Assim, a dança foi vista de forma diferente, então a equipe decidiu ousar e propôs realizar um estudo mais aprofundado, voltado à Festa Junina, analisando as manifestações culturais e populares do Brasil. A ideia foi bem recebida. Trabalhou-se com textos e vídeos demonstrando, além dos movimentos dançantes do país, os costumes, valores e crenças diferenciados, inclusos na multiculturalidade que faz parte do Brasil. Ocorreram novos conhecimentos e vivências sem impor regras e padrões. Os alunos e professores perceberam que a dança e a música antiga “ou velha” fazem parte das memórias que devem favorecer a integração entre corpo, mente e emoções. Houve comprometimento de toda a escola no estudo dos textos, na formação da coreografia e na confecção dos acessórios. Os alunos dançaram por vontade própria ao perceberem que este tipo de dança traz alegria e independência. Os pais, que foram comunicados com antecedência que seria uma festa diferente, relataram que os familiares mais antigos contavam sobre essas danças, sendo que muitos participavam e ainda participam. Os resultados e conclusões do trabalho foram positivos e prazerosos, estreitando a relação entre estudante, escola e família, além de somarem à realidade novidades e curiosidades importantes.

Abstract:
Through the Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID) Dança/UFV, a important work was carried out at Escola Estadual Madre Santa Face, from 2014 to 2016. As the school staff had no knowledge of the role of dance in the school, they saw it only as a trainer of standardized choreographies for parties and celebrations. With the scholarship students' practice in classes, guided by the coordinator, it was understood that dance has a greater meaning, going far beyond training dancers. At school, dance aims to allow well-being, to know themselves, the limitations and bodily variations that occur through games, games, improvisations. Thus, dance was seen in a different way, so the team decided to dare and proposed to carry out a more in-depth study, focused on the ‘Festa Junina’, analyzing the cultural and popular manifestations of Brazil. The idea was well received. We worked with texts and videos demonstrating, in addition to the dancing movements of the country, the different customs, values and beliefs, included in the multiculturalism that is part of Brazil. New knowledge and experiences occurred without imposing rules and standards. Students and teachers realized that dance and old music “or old” are part of memories that should favor the integration between body, mind and emotions. The entire school was committed to studying the texts, forming the choreography and making accessories. The students danced of their own volition as they realized that this type of dance brings joy and independence. Parents, who were informed in advance that it would be a different party, reported that older family members told about these dances, and many participated and still participate. The results and conclusions of the work were positive and pleasant, strengthening the relationship between student, school and family, in addition to adding important news and curiosities to reality.
