DA INSTITUIÇÃO DA PROFISSÃO DE PSICÓLOGO AO MODELO DE GESTÃO ANGLO-SAXÔNICO: UM PANORAMA DA CRIAÇÃO DO CURSO DE PSICOLOGIA NO PARANÁ
A Psicologia enquanto profissão
surgiu no Brasil no ano de 1962, por meio
da Lei 4.119, de 27 de agosto. Já o primeiro
curso de Psicologia paranaense começou
a ser idealizado em 1968 e deu início a suas
atividades em 1969 na Universidade Católica
do Paraná, atual PUCPR. O objetivo desse
trabalho é apresentar o surgimento do curso de
Psicologia no Paraná e demonstrar que desde
sua concepção até a atualidade o mesmo
está calcado em um modelo de gestão anglosaxônico.
Para atingir tais objetivos foi realizada
uma pesquisa qualitativa de cunho bibliográfico
bem como pesquisa documental em sites de
instituições superiores e em bases de dados
atreladas a órgãos públicos ligados à educação
superior. Ao final do artigo pode-se observar
que após mais de 50 anos da instituição dos
cursos superiores de Psicologia no Paraná os
mesmos seguem os preceitos de sua fundação
o que reflete numa baixa produção científica na
área.

Abstract:
Psychology as a profession
appeared in Brazil in 1962, through Law 4.199,
of August 27th. The first course of Psychology in
Paraná began to be idealized in 1968 and started
its activities in 1969 at the Catholic University of
Paraná, current PUCPR. The objective of this
essay is to present the advent of the course of
Psychology in Paraná and demonstrate that
from its conception until the present time the
course is still based on an Anglo-Saxon model
of management. To achieve these objectives,
a qualitative bibliographic research was
conducted as well as documentary research
on sites of higher education institutions and
databases linked to governmental departments
linked to higher education. At the end of the
article it can be observed that after more than 50
years of the institution of the graduation courses
of Psychology in Paraná follow the precepts
of its foundation which reflects a low scientific
production in the are
