DA CONTESTAÇÃO POR DIREITOS DA MULHER NO SÉCULO XIX: AS CONDIÇÕES DE PRODUÇÃO DO DISCURSO DE NÍSIA FLORESTA
Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar as condições de produção do discurso de Nísia Floresta sobre a defesa da educação da mulher no início do século XIX como aporte à constituição de direitos até então desconsiderados. Com a iniciativa de reivindicar esses direitos através da educação e publicações em diferentes idiomas, entre artigos, ensaios, poemas e crônicas, Floresta é reconhecida como precursora do feminismo no Brasil e na América Latina a partir de seu primeiro livro, de 1832, “Direitos das mulheres e injustiça dos homens” que é utilizado nesta pesquisa como corpus para análise. Diante disso, e considerando relevante a realização deste estudo, retomamos o descrever de discursos que produzam sentido de natureza social, histórica e ideológica no imbricamento entre a língua, história e sujeito, conforme apresenta a teoria e metodologia da Análise do Discurso Francesa (AD) desenvolvida pelo pesquisador Michel Pêcheux no final da década de 1960. A partir do presente objetivo buscamos os processos de identificação, contra-identificação e desidentificação da formação discursiva de Nísia Floresta sobre a educação de seu tempo e para posteridade mediante sequências discursivas, com discussões baseadas em Eni Orlandi (2015; 2017) e Freda Indurky (2005; 2015). Com os resultados da análise, consideramos a formação discursiva de Nísia Floresta como uma referência para as discussões da atualidade sobre direitos da mulher diante do significado das contestações por ela realizadas no século XIX perante situações de subjugação e injustiças praticadas contra as mulheres.

Abstract:
This research aims to analyze the conditions of production of Nísia Floresta's discourse on the defense of woman's education in the early 19th century as a contribution to the constitution of rights hitherto disregarded. With the initiative to claim these rights through education and publications in different languages, including articles, essays, poems and chronicles, Floresta is recognized as a precursor of feminism in Brazil and Latin America from her first book, in 1832, "Direitos das mulheres e injustiça dos homens" that is used in this research as a corpus for analysis. Therefore, and considering this study relevant, we resume the description of discourses that produce a sense of social, historical and ideological nature in the imbrication between language, history and subject, as presented in the theory and methodology of French Discourse Analysis (AD) developed by researcher Michel Pêcheux in the late 1960s. Based on the present objective, we seek to analyze the processes of identification, counteridentification and desidentification of Nísia Floresta's discursive formation about the education of her time and for posterity through discursive sequences, with discussions based on Eni Orlandi (2000; 2017) and Freda Indurky (2005; 2015). With the results of the analysis, we consider Nísia Floresta's discursive formation as a reference for the current discussions on woman's rights in face of the meaning of the contestation performed by her in the 19th century when faced situations of subjugation and injustices practiced against woman.
