O presente resumo faz uma reflexão sobre o cyberbullying e o direito brasileiro, expondo, através de livro e artigos, a seguinte problemática: como o direito brasileiro combate o cyberbullying? O método utilizado é eficaz? Tendo como objetivo apresentar o porquê de o sistema brasileiro utilizado ser ineficaz e, através do estudo, expor soluções para combater e diminuir este ato no País.

Abstract:
This summary reflects on cyberbullying and Brazilian law, exposing, through books and articles, the following problem: how does Brazilian law fight cyberbullying? Is the method used effective? Aiming to present why the Brazilian system used is ineffective and, through the study, to expose solutions to combat and reduce this act in the country.
