CUSTOS OPERACIONAIS: SITUAÇÃO ESTRUTURAL E OPERACIONAL DAS INSTALAÇÕES DE ECOPONTOS NO MUNICÍPIO DE RONDONÓPOLIS/MT
Considerando as leis e políticas da Gestão de resíduos sólidos urbanos este trabalho tem como objetivo geral identificar a situação estrutural e operacional dos Ecopontos de Rondonópolis. Para tanto os dados da pesquisa foram coletados por meio de entrevista semiestruturada realizada com quatro funcionários responsáveis pelos Ecopontos para definir as características dos locais, os quais foram tabulados e analisados juntamente com os dados fornecidos sobre os custos operacionais de manutenção destes locais. Deste modo, observa-se que a estrutura dos Ecopontos do município atende os dispositivos legais e as normas vigentes. O desenvolvimento deste estudo proporcionou evidenciar que, em função da população descartar os resíduos nos Ecopontos, se evita acumulação de materiais em locais impróprios e possíveis danos ambientais. Conclui-se que os Ecopontos são de grande importância para a gestão de resíduos sólidos no Município de Rondonópolis.

Abstract:
Considering the laws and policies of urban solid waste management, this work aims to identify the structural and operational situation of the Ecopontos of Rondonópolis. For that, the research data were collected through semi-structured interviews carried out with four employees responsible for the Ecopontos to define the characteristics of the places, which were tabulated and analyzed along with the data provided on the operational costs of maintaining these places. Thus, it is observed that the structure of Ecopontos in the municipality meets the legal provisions and current standards. The development of this study provided evidence that, as a result of the population disposing of waste at the Ecopontos, the accumulation of materials in inappropriate places and possible environmental damage is avoided. It is concluded that Ecopontos are of great importance for solid waste management in the municipality of Rondonópolis.
