Abstract: Industries during the production process generate solid waste that is generally treated by outsourced companies. However, these leftover materials can be reused and even sold in a way that promotes intrapreneurship. The objective of this work is to use the waste generated in a custom furniture industry in a sustainable way through Maker Culture. The methodology in this case is a case study because it demonstrates a real-life application. The expected result is the production of some souvenirs for the participants of SIPAT (Internal Work Accident Prevention Week) as the organizers were thinking about which souvenir, they could distribute on the day of the meeting. In this way, they thought about reusing leftover MDFs from the production process. By the way, the practice of Maker Culture is based on Seymour Papert's constructionism, with the structuring of learning based on new information aligned with empirical knowledge. The practice of “learning by doing” also develops new skills and helps in solving everyday problems. Considering that many people have the challenge of understanding theory but combining it with practice improves understanding.
