CULTURA DE SEGURANÇA DO PACIENTE: PERCEPÇÃO MULTIDISCIPLINAR EM UNIDADE TERAPIA INTENSIVA NEONATAL.
Objetivo: Identificar a cultura de
segurança do paciente através da percepção da
equipe multidisciplinar em uma UTI Neonatal.
Métodos: Descritivo exploratório, transversal
de abordagem quantitativa, utilizando-se o
instrumento Hospital Survey on Patient Safety
Culture (HSOPSC) adaptado ao português,
coletado em Abril de 2018 num hospital do Vale
do Sinos, RS/Brasil. A análise dos resultados
deu-se por meio do cálculo dos valores absolutos
e relativos de positividade para cada uma
das 12 dimensões de segurança do paciente.
Resultados: Relacionado às dimensões, o
percentual médio de respostas positivas é
de 41,4% (±15,63). A dimensão considerada
forte de segurança do paciente com 77%
de positividade trata do trabalho em equipe
dentro da unidade. Conclusões: Identificouse
10 dimensões classificadas frágeis, uma
dimensão classificada forte e uma dimensão
não classificável. Observa-se que estratégias
devem ser elaboradas com finalidade de
aprimorar a qualidade do cuidado.

Abstract:
Objective: Identify the patient’s
safety culture through perception of the
multidisciplinary team in Neonatal ICU. Methods:
Exploratory descriptive, cross-quantitative
approach, using the instrument Hospital Survey
on Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC) adapted to
Portuguese, collected in Abril 2018 in a hospital
of Vale do Sinos, RS/Brasil. The analysis of the
results was given by calculating the absolute
and relative values of positivity for each of the 12
dimensions of patient safety. Results: Related to
dimensions, the average percentage of positive
responses is 41,4% (±15,63). The considered
strong safety dimension of the patient with 77%
positivity deals with teamwork within the unit.
Conclusion: It identified 10 fragile classified
dimensions, a strong classified dimension and
a non-sortable dimension. It is observed that strategies should be developed with the
aim of improving the quality of care.
