CULTURA DE PAZ E JUSTIÇA RESTAURATIVA: UM ESTUDO DE CASO NA EDUCAÇÃO EM SÃO PAULO
Estuda-se a Justiça Restaurativa no
Brasil usada na resolução de conflitos, pautada
no diálogo, o que possibilita que vítima, ofensor
e representantes da comunidade possam se
expressar e ouvir o outro para chegar a um
plano de ação que restaure a relação rompida.
Este trabalho tem como objetivo descrever
a implantação da justiça restaurativa em
escolas do Estado de São Paulo ao longo
de 2006 a 2013. Esta pesquisa teve como
método a revisão bibliográfica e documental
e a pesquisa qualitativa, em que participaram
dois juízes que implementaram projetos no
Estado de São Paulo: São Caetano, Heliópolis
e Guarulhos e Tatuí. Constatou-se que as
escolas são espaços onde a implementação
da Justiça Restaurativa se mostra não apenas
de fundamental necessidade e urgência, mas,
estrategicamente, como espaços de máxima
eficácia na construção de uma efetiva Cultura
de Paz num processo colaborativos entre o
sistema educacional, o judiciário e a sociedade
civil.

Abstract:
This research is about restorative
justice in Brazil used in the resolution of
conflict resolution, focused on dialogue,
which is possible that the victim, offender and
representatives of the community can express
themselves and listen each other to get to a
plan that restores the ruptured relationship.
This study has as a purpose describing the
implantation of restorative justice in the state
of São Paulo state schools along 2006 a 2013.
The method used here was a bibliographic
review and document analysis, it is a qualitative
approach, in which participated two judges who
implemented projects in the state of São Paulo.
It was found that schools are spaces where
the implementation of Restorative Justice is
not only of fundamental necessity and urgency
but, strategically, as spaces of maximum
effectiveness in the construction of an effective
Culture of Peace in a collaborative process
between the educational system, the judiciary
and civil society.
