CUIDADOS PALIATIVOS: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA DE UMA EQUIPE DE RESIDÊNCIA MULTIPROFISSIONAL EM UM HOSPITAL TERCIÁRIO DE FORTALEZA
Relatar a inserção desses residentes no Serviço de Cuidados Paliativos de um hospital terciário no Estado do Ceará, descrevendo como se deu a conformação das estratégias de intervenção profissional interdisciplinar com a equipe desse serviço. Trata-se de um estudo de natureza descritiva, na modalidade de relato de experiência, considerando as vivências dos residentes multiprofissionais inseridos na equipe de Cuidados Paliativos, no período de Março á Junho de 2017. O estudo foi desenvolvido Hospital Geral de Fortaleza (HGF), localizado na cidade de Fortaleza, sendo o único hospital público de referência de Fortaleza para receber pacientes com todos os tipos de doença A atuação da equipe de Cuidados Paliativos do hospital deu-se da seguinte forma: a equipe assistencial, responsável por dar assistência direta e intermitente ao paciente, solicitava o parecer da equipe multiprofissional dos cuidados paliativos acerca do quadro de saúde/doença de um determinado paciente. Inicialmente o médico da equipe Cuidados Paliativos realizava a avaliação em conjunto com a equipe assistencial, posteriormente, durante a reunião, de periodicidade semanal, os casos vistos eram repassados e discutidos com toda a equipe. Os demais profissionais, posteriormente, avaliavam, cada um atuando em conformidade com suas atribuições e competências, e então, interprofissionalmente traçavam metas e o melhor plano terapêutico a ser seguido em cada caso. A atuação da equipe multiprofissional é de suma importância em pacientes sob cuidados palitivos. Conclui-se que a sensibilidade da equipe multiprofissional e a humanização no processo de cuidar são de extrema importância na integralidade do cuidado.

Abstract:
To report the inclusion of these residents in the Palliative Care Service of a tertiary hospital in the state of Ceará, describing how the interdisciplinary professional intervention strategies were formulated with the staff of this service. This is a descriptive study, in the experience reporting modality, considering the experiences of multiprofessional residents enrolled in the Palliative Care team, from March to June 2017. The study was developed General Hospital of Fortaleza ( HGF), located in the city of Fortaleza, being the only public reference hospital in Fortaleza to receive patients with all types of disease. The work of the Palliative Care team at the hospital was as follows: the care team, responsible for giving direct and intermittent assistance to the patient, requested the opinion of the multiprofessional palliative care team about the health / patient. Initially the doctor of the Palliative Care team performed the evaluation together with the care team, later during the meeting, of weekly periodicity, the cases were reviewed and discussed with the entire team. The other professionals then evaluated each of them, acting in accordance with their attributions and competencies, and then, interprofessionally, set goals and the best therapeutic plan to be followed in each case. The performance of the multiprofessional team is of paramount importance in patients under palatal care. It is concluded that the sensitivity of the multiprofessional team and the humanization in the caring process are extremely important in the integrality of care.
