CUIDADOS PALIATIVOS: O USO DE PALESTRAS COMO UMA DAS FERRAMENTAS/INFORMATIVO, ESCLARECEDORA-REVISÃO DE PALESTRAS NO CANAL YOUTUBE NO BRASIL.
Conversando com colegas
profissionais de saúde, percebeu-se deficiência
informativa quanto à filosofia de Cuidados
Paliativos, observando-se um empirismo
informativo. Observou-se que a filosofia é pouco
difundida e que em geral tais cuidados são
vistos pela população como algo depreciativo.
Pensando que meios como Youtube podem
contribuir, e sabendo da existência de vídeos
nessa mídia, com pessoas inseridas nesse
tipo de cuidado, podendo esclarecer e
serem multiplicadores da filosofia, realizouse
um estudo objetivando averiguar quais
profissionais e o que discursam em palestras
abordando Cuidados Paliativos no Youtube,
também levantar o alcance de tais informações,
analisar que informação é ofertada ao público,
verificar o alinhamento das palestras com os
objetivos dos Cuidados Paliativos, balizando
seu tempo. Metodologia: Estudo exploratório
de natureza qualitativa, com vídeos no canal
Youtube. Foram assistidas 20 palestras
escolhidas aleatoriamente, disponibilizadas
nos últimos cinco anos. Tais materiais foram
analisados a luz de artigos relacionados ao
tema. Resultados: As palestras nos pareceram
esclarecedoras e informativas, conforme
proposto pelo palestrante. Os vídeos analisados
com 78 à 1500 acessos, foram realizadas em
seminários, simpósios, congressos, cafés, TV
e outros. Os profissionais palestrantes foram
identificados, categorizados, observando-se
instituições vinculadas no momento da palestra
Nas 20 palestras, 8 profissionais abordaram CP
pelo olhar da filosofia do cuidado, enquanto 12
abordaram a filosofia parcialmente, sendo os
profissionais médicos mais assertivos quanto
a intervenção dos CP. Entre os palestrantes
há concordância quanto a sua ausência de
fundamentos dos Cuidados Paliativos na
formação dos profissionais de saúde e falta de
preparo para lidar com a impossibilidade da
cura.

Abstract:
Talking with professional
colleagues of health, it was perceived an
informative deficiency in the philosophy of
Palliative Care, observing an empiricism
informative. It was observed that the philosophy
is little spread and that in general such care is seen by the population as something
derogatory. Thinking that media such as Youtube can contribute, and knowing of the
existence of videos in this media, with people inserted in this type of care, being able
to clarify and to be multipliers of the philosophy, a study was carried out aiming to find
out which professionals and what they speak in lectures addressing Care Palliatives in
Youtube, also raise the scope of such information, analyze what information is offered
to the public, check the alignment of the lectures with the objectives of Palliative Care,
balancing their time. Methodology: Exploratory study of a qualitative nature, with videos
on the Youtube channel. Twenty randomly chosen lectures given over the last five
years were attended. These materials were analyzed in light of articles related to the
theme. Results: The lectures seemed enlightening and informative, as proposed by the
speaker. The videos analyzed with 78 to 1500 accessions were carried out in seminars,
symposia, congresses, cafes, TV and others. In the 20 lectures, 8 professionals
approached CP for the philosophy of care, while 12 approached the philosophy
partially, and the medical professionals were more assertive about the intervention of
the CPs . Among the speakers, there is agreement about their lack of palliative care
foundations in the training of health professionals and lack of preparation to deal with
the impossibility of cure
