CUIDADOS DE ENFERMAGEM FRENTE ÀS REAÇÕES TRANSFUSIONAIS EM PACIENTES ADULTOS HOSPITALIZADOS
Objetivo: identificar os cuidados de enfermagem frente às reações transfusionais ocorridas em pacientes adultos hospitalizados. Metodologia: a pesquisa foi fundamentada nos pressupostos da revisão integrativa de literatura propostos por Ganong. Para a seleção dos estudos foram acessadas as bases de dados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS) Scielo e Google Acadêmico, por meio da consulta de periódicos nacionais e internacionais. Foi realizada uma busca livre utilizando os descritores: “Reação Tranfusional”, “Cuidados de Enfermagem”, “Segurança Transfusional”, separados pelo operador boleano “AND”. Resultados: O levantamento bibliográfico foi realizado no período de outubro e novembro de 2019, resultando em 19 artigos. Os resultados obtidos na revisão integrativa foram categorizados na utilização de instrumentos para embasar a prática transfusional. Analisar a conformidade da prática do enfermeiro na terapia transfusional de acordo com a legislação vigente e sua participação nas ações de hemovigilância. Estudar os sinais e sintomas apresentados nas reações aos hemocomponentes registrados. Analisar o processo de registro de monitorização do ato transfusional. Verificar o conhecimento da equipe de enfermagem sobre hemoterapia, reações transfusionais imediatas e cuidados indicados e identificar o conhecimento dos profissionais de Enfermagem sobre a reação transfusional, antes e após atividade de educação permanente e ligadas ao ensino.

Abstract:
Objective: to identify nursing care in the face of transfusion reactions in adult hospitalized patients. Methodology: the research was based on the assumptions of the integrative literature review proposed by Ganong. For the selection of studies, the databases of the Virtual Health Library (VHL) Scielo and Google Scholar were accessed, by consulting national and international journals. A free search was performed using the descriptors: “Transfusion Reaction”, “Nursing Care”, “Transfusional Safety”, separated by the Boolean operator “AND”. Results: The bibliographic survey was carried out between October and November 2019, resulting in 19 articles. The results obtained in the integrative review were categorized in the use of instruments to support the transfusion practice. To analyze the compliance of nurses' practice in transfusion therapy according to current legislation and their participation in hemovigilance actions. Study the signs and symptoms presented in the reactions to the registered blood components. Analyze the process of recording the monitoring of the transfusion act. To verify the knowledge of the nursing team about hemotherapy, immediate transfusion reactions and indicated care and to identify the knowledge of Nursing professionals about the transfusion reaction, before and after permanent education activities linked to teaching.
