CUIDADO FAMILIAR E SUBJETIVIDADE NA ATENÇÃO À SAÚDE MENTAL: CONSIDERAÇÕES METODOLÓGICAS
A família se constitui como uma das principais dimensões na construção de uma rede de apoio para a pessoa em sofrimento psíquico grave. Nesse contexto, este artigo, fundamentado na metodologia construtivointerpretativa de González Rey, discute os processos subjetivos envolvidos no cuidado em saúde mental por parte de cuidadores familiares. Os princípios da Epistemologia Qualitativa, que sustentam a metodologia utilizada, foram fundamentais para compreender as dificuldades enfrentadas por esses cuidadores familiares no processo do cuidado, a importância do Grupo de Família como um espaço promotor de discussão sobre o cuidado e os desdobramentos dessas dificuldades no processo de subjetivação desses cuidadores familiares.

Abstract:
The family constitutes one of the main dimensions in the construction of a support network for the person in severe psychic suffering. In this context, this article, based on González Rey’s constructive-interpretive methodology, discusses the subjective processes involved in mental health care by family caregivers. The principles of Qualitative Epistemology, which underpin this methodology, were fundamental to understand the difficulties faced by these family caregivers in the care process, the importance of the Family Group as a space that promotes discussion about care and the unfolding of these difficulties in the process subjectivity of these family caregivers.
