CUIDADO DE ENFERMAGEM NO PROCESSO TERAPÊUTICO DE PACIENTES COM CÂNCER
Objetivou-se analisar, na literatura nacional e internacional, o cuidado do enfermeiro aos pacientes com câncer, seja na perspectiva do familiar, do paciente ou da equipe de enfermagem. Tratou-se de uma pesquisa de revisão integrativa, realizada entre 2008 a 2018, com 12 artigos, em que a busca ocorreu na Literatura Latino - Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde e a Base de Dados de Enfermagem. Os resultados revelaram que o cuidado de enfermagem é importante e fundamental para a recuperação do paciente, visa prover conforto, agilidade frente às diferentes situações do doente e da família. Todavia, três estudos mostraram que estes profissionais não se sentem suficientemente capazes de realizar esse cuidado. Portanto, os estudos revelaram que o cuidado do enfermeiro ao pacientes com câncer abrange ações que devem incluir a família e a equipe interdisciplinar e deve ser pautada em conhecimento técnico e uma assistência humanizada.

Abstract:
The objective was to analyze, in the national and international literature, the care of nurses to cancer patients, either from the perspective of the family member, the patient or the nursing team. It was an integrative review study, carried out between 2008 and 2018, with 12 articles, in which the search was carried out in the Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences and the Nursing Database. The results revealed that nursing care is important and fundamental for patient recovery, aiming to provide comfort, agility to the different situations of the patient and the family. However, three studies have shown that these professionals do not feel capable enough to perform this care. Therefore, studies have revealed that nursing care for cancer patients encompasses actions that should include family and interdisciplinary staff and should be based on technical knowledge and humanized care.
