Abstract: In the summer-autumn of 2022, an investigation was carried out with beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) of the Saltillo pinto variety at the facilities of the Centro de Investigación Básica y Aplicada (CIBA) of the UAAAN Unidad Laguna . 2 cultivation areas each of 60 m2 were implemented in order to compare the production of dry grain under 2 irrigation systems; These were monitored as of August 22, 2022 with electronic sensors (IoT Technology) in order to follow 2 variables in real time: % humidity and temperature inside the soil in the 0 - 30 profile. Through the test Student's t test in the comparison of means for small groups analyzed the hypothesis: "The production of beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) of the pinto Villa variety micro sprinkler irrigation generates a very competitive dry grain production with significant savings. irrigation water cost" reflected this in financial savings. In the results obtained, it was possible to adjust the irrigation program in the micro sprinkler irrigation system from watering every week to watering every 2 weeks; since the % humidity readings from the digital sensors in the first week still averaged 49.5% humidity and the second week they were close to 20% humidity (data sought to apply auxiliary irrigation for the 2 irrigation systems). Related to the dry grain production, the Tc ˂ To is; there was no statistical difference between the production achieved by the 2 irrigation systems; the 2 behaved similarly. In water savings and projected payments taking as a reference the prices of the Municipal Water and Sanitation System (SIMAS-Rural), savings of more than 50% were achieved. The hypothesis and the objectives of the research were validated in terms of acceptance taking as reference the decisions made with the support of IoT technology.
