Abstract: The article collects the experiences presented by three researchers from Panama, Colombia and Spain, who present from their perspectives the impact that CTS training has shown in times of pandemic. They raise different perspectives on the STS training that has manifested itself, in the way in which the teaching-learning processes were faced in the higher education centers of their countries. The sociopolitical perspective, that of teacher training with a Colombian experience and that of training previous digital skills, helped to face the exchange and communication between people: students and citizens during the pandemic. The approach leads us to reflect on whether all the years in the CTS training had their time to be applied in this world event that subjected the world to innovate and adapt to move forward.
