CRIMINOLOGIA CRÍTICA E A MARGINALIZAÇÃO DA CULTURA DE GRUPOS SOCIAIS VULNERÁVEIS
A modernidade é hoje evidenciada em seu auge, contudo as mudanças das últimas décadas não se restringem à tecnologia. As relações sociais se transformaram, e o extremo individualismo dá espaço para a estigmatização de círculos sociais, que por sua vez são expostos a criminalidade devido a inobservância do Estado. A cultura se torna, a partir disso, uma amalgama social que efetiva a inclusão social do cidadão, construindo uma identidade como coletivo dentro de uma sociedade individualizada. A juventude é hoje um dos grupos que mais sofre com o desemprego e faltas de condições básicas, que podem ser associadas com o surgimento da violência. Portanto, o presente capítulo busca analisar as consequências dos obstáculos que a juventude e outros grupos marginalizados enfrentam pra consolidar sua cultura, e como o estudo da criminologia agrega para a discussão da criminalização de manifestações culturais emergentes.

Abstract:
The modernity is today highly showed in its peak, but the changes of the least decades breakthrough technology. The social relations change, and the individualism give space to discrimination of some social circles, then are also exposed to criminality caused by the blinding of the state. The culture becomes a union factor that makes the social inclusion effective, building a identity of a collective inside a individualized society. The youth are today one of the groups that are most affected with unemployment and the leak of fundamental necessities, that can be associated with the violence appearance. Therefore, the present chapter seeks to do an analysis of the consequences of the obstacles that the youth and others groups must breakthrough to consolidate there culture, and how the criminology studies bring knowledge to the discussion about criminalization of new cultural identities.
