CRIMES CIBERNÉTICOS EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA
Os Crimes Cibernéticos acarretam consigo padrões para a sociedade antiga e contemporânea, sendo em constante crescimento digital. Onde a internet tem se tornado mais uma maneira para a realização de delitos, em resultado das possibilidades virtuais para a técnica de violências cibernéticas. O presente trabalho tem como característica descritiva através de uma revisão integrativa da literatura brasileira. Este método consentiu sintetizar as pesquisas que foram promulgadas e alcançar resultados a partir do seu objetivo. O dinamismo do conhecimento e da tecnologia são subsídios que colaboram à maior dificuldade das investigações referentes aos crimes virtuais e acompanhar tal desenvolvimento acarreta numa maior necessidade e preparação da polícia investigativa para a colheita de elementos probatória. Dessa maneira o aperfeiçoamento e capacitação dos agentes com fito de seguir o progresso tecnológico, conectado à criação de leis características que colaborem à instrução processual tornam-se indispensáveis ao exercício da pretensão para punir. Deste modo, os crimes cibernéticos sendo de qualquer natureza, ocasionam grandes prejuízos à sociedade, podendo apreender tanto pessoas físicas ou jurídicas, sem distinção de gênero. A questão se alude a utilizar os meios mais apropriados, para sua precaução. É de grande valia estudos que mostrem as deficiências em relação aos crimes cibernéticos bem como o conhecimento de suas modalidades para que as pessoas possam ter mais precaução quando utilizarem meios digitais.

Abstract:
Cyber Crimes carry with them standards for ancient and contemporary society, being in constant digital growth. Where the internet has become one more way to carry out crimes, as a result of the virtual possibilities for the technique of cybernetic violence. The present work has as a descriptive characteristic through an integrative review of the Brazilian literature. This method allowed to synthesize the researches that were promulgated and to reach results from its objective. The dynamism of knowledge and technology are subsidies that contribute to the greater difficulty of investigations related to virtual crimes and accompanying such development leads to a greater need and preparation of the investigative police for the collection of evidence. In this way, the improvement and training of agents with a view to following technological progress, connected to the creation of characteristic laws that collaborate with procedural instruction, become indispensable to the exercise of the pretension to punish. In this way, cyber crimes of any nature, cause great damage to society, being able to apprehend both individuals and legal entities, without gender elevation. The question refers to using the most appropriate means, for your precaution. It is of great value studies that show deficiencies in relation to cyber crimes as well as knowledge of their modalities so that people can be more cautious when using digital means.
