Abstract: This technical report addresses the development of an organizational culture focused on innovation and corporate entrepreneurship and presents itself as an important source of competitive advantage for companies to face competitive and globalized markets. This technical report aimed to analyze how the company Brasilata S/A practices corporate entrepreneurship and the search for innovations as an established culture in the company and how its organizational processes contributed to its prominent position in the national scenario and, why not say, worldwide in its segment. To conduct this technical report, a qualitative research methodology was used, of an exploratory and descriptive nature. As main conclusions, organizational practices were observed, the creation of a system, called the Simplification Project, supporting corporate entrepreneurship and the development of innovations, presenting an organizational culture aimed at building a dynamic company, which sees its employees not as cost but as source of innovations, giving them the nickname, as pointed out on their website, of inventors.
