CRIANÇAS E ADOLESCENTES EM SITUAÇÃO DE VIOLAÇÕES DE DIREITOS: UM ESTUDO SOBRE GÊNERO E DESIGUALDADE DE CRIANÇAS E ADOLESCENTES VÍTIMAS DE VIOLÊNCIA SEXUAL
O presente artigo fez parte do plano de trabalho de pesquisa do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação Cientifica – PIBIC intitulado “Crianças e Adolescentes em situação de violações de direitos: um estudo sobre gênero e desigualdade de crianças e adolescentes vítimas de violência sexual” e seus resultados foram apresentados no XX Encontro de Iniciação Científica, 2016, Campo Grande, MS. O estudo tinha por objetivo compreender a realidade social e as violações de direitos sexuais pelo sistema de garantia dos direitos da criança e do adolescente, com ênfase nas violências cometidas a meninos. A metodologia utilizada foi a de pesquisa qualitativa, na qual o mais importante é a complexidade dos dados e não a quantidade. Foi Utilizado informações de um sistema governamental onde foram colhidos dados sobre violações de direitos de crianças e adolescentes entre 2014 e 2015, sobre cobertura do Mato Grosso do Sul. Os resultados da pesquisa demonstram que há uma desigualdade nos casos de violação de direitos, podendo assim dizer uma subnotificação em relação aos indicadores de violência contra os meninos. A ainda uma luta de paz, para que não ocorram as notificações de violência sexual. Também foram colocados os mesmos tendo um sistema informacional a que notifica, reconhecendo que, existem municípios que ainda não operacionaliza o sistema governamental, dando mais evidência em relação à luta de paz.

Abstract:
This article is part of the research work plan of the Institutional Scientific Initiation Scholarship Program - PIBIC entitled "Children and Adolescents in situation of rights violations: a study on gender and inequality of children and adolescents victims of sexual violence" and its results were presented at the XX Scientific Initiation Meeting, 2016, Campo Grande, MS. The study aimed to understand the social reality and violations of sexual rights by the system of guaranteeing the rights of children and adolescents, with an emphasis on violence committed against boys. The methodology used was that of qualitative research, in which the most important thing is the complexity of the data and not the quantity. Information was used from a government system where data were collected on violations of the rights of children and adolescents between 2014 and 2015, on coverage of Mato Grosso do Sul. say an underreporting in relation to indicators of violence against boys. There is still a struggle for peace, so that notifications of sexual violence do not occur. They were also placed with an informational system that notifies, recognizing that there are municipalities that still do not operationalize the government system, giving more evidence in relation to the struggle for peace.
