Abstract: Social media is present in the daily lives of individuals and is important for the exchange of information and relationships between people, companies, institutions and society. This article aims to demonstrate the creation and sharing of informative posts and subjects inherent to the field of Fashion. Social media allows people to interact, exchange tips and ask for help on topics relevant to the fashion course and related content. Therefore, it is believed that the use of social media favors the sharing and exchange of information between the academic environment, including the internal and external community. As a result, there is an increase in the reach of people interacting on the UEM fashion course's social network Instagram.
